Richard created a bespoke evening training session for See Her Run, our teen girls’ running group. Our goal was to empower and educate our members so they could feel safer when out running in Jersey. We had a fantastic time learning and practicing practical moves and safety habits that quickly became instinctive. We had an excellent, engaging and practical workshop entitled Security and Awareness for Everyone. Over the course of an hour, Richard Collett and his colleague guided us through hands-on techniques to improve personal awareness and safety. Attendees learned how to identify potentially unsafe situations and how to respond effectively if confronted with discomfort or danger. The interactive format, including partner-based demonstrations, made the session both informative and empowering.
